I had the pleasure over the holiday weekend of photographing Chris and Katie together. It is not everyday you meet a couple like this. The affection they have for each other is so apparent with every glance they share. They absolutely oooooozed cuteness together! The past few months have been a whirlwind of romance for them. They met earlier this year online, and after an amazing first date they have been inseparable! I had an incredible time with these two, and being around them I feel like I have known them for years. I cannot wait for their wedding this fall! Here are a few favorites from the day.

I fell in love with this bed swing!!! OMG!! How perfect is this?! If I had one, I believe I would nap on it or sleep under the stars every day! Jeremy, if you are reading this....I want one of these! :)

Crystal and I have known Megan for a few years now and she is one of the happiest people you will ever meet! She is always smiling about something and she has the most adorable laugh! Crystal shot Ryan and Megan's engagements session a couple of months ago. Going through the images, I could hardly find any pictures of these two interacting where Megan wasn't smiling or laughing! I think these two are going to have a great life together filled with happiness and laughter!!

This blog shows how completely behind I am on keeping up with the blog. I photographed Brandon and Kristen's engagements on a very hot day earlier this summer. This couple is oh-so-much fun, and I absolutely cannot wait for their wedding next summer! These two are on top of their wedding planning too. They only have the small details left. Everything else is done!!! Wow! The wedding is sure to be nothing short of amazing!
We decided to shoot their engagements in Fayetteville. It is a special place to them, and it is where they first met. We had some fun on Dickson Street first. Stir is the place where they first met! How sweet!

Brandon and Kristen brought along their adorable dog to join in on some photos too! Isn't he adorable?!
After our time on Dickson Street we headed to the University of Arkansas campus for some photos. I just fell in love with this tree!! Gorgeous!!! And so romantic!
This shows how fun this couple is! Brandon took Kristen down for a big dip, and her sunglasses fell right off! So cute! I love it!

WOW! I have been dying to share this with you! But I have been trying to keep it a little bit of a secret until my new website launches. Well, I just can't contain myself any longer!! This is my promo video that the awesomely amazing and incredibly talented Joshua Smith of Cinematic Bride did for me. He is sooooo amazing! I mean, he HAS to be to make me look this good.
It was the HOTTEST day of the year when myself along with a team of 8 other people filmed this in Monroe, Louisiana. I always brag on my couples, but I mean it when I say I have the best couples in the world!!! Cary and Jacqueline and Tyler and Amanda took the day to get all dolled up and shoot with us. Sarah came down and was an amazing help, and my friend Renee Lawrence did the hair and makeup. It was soooo humid and miserably hot, but we made it through the day!
I have been wanting to shoot a video like this for a very long time. I want people to be able to see me work and feel like they know me and understand my philosophy when I shoot before they meet me. I really hope this video allows you to get to know me a little and understand why I love to do what I do! When I decided to work on a new website, it gave me the perfect excuse to take the leap and get this video together. I have poured so much of myself into this project, and I am actually VERY nervous to post it up for you to see. After A LOT of hard work and preparation...... here it is!! I hope you enjoy it!!

I was so excited to finally get to meet up with Chris and Emily for their engagement session! These two are such a sweet couple and just a pleasure to be around. Emily had asked me if it would be okay for their dog Murray to come along for a few pictures. I absolutely love dogs - especially little dogs - so of course I agreed!! Murray has only been with them for a couple of months, but it is obvious that this sweet boy is already a part of the family! Here are a few favorites from our shoot....
